4 (1-oz) squares semisweet chocolate 1 cup butter or margarine 1-3/4 cup sugar 1 cup flour 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans |
Combine chocolate and butter in glass bowl; melt in microwave. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla in bowl. Combine chocolate mixture and sugar mixture, stirring until batter is smooth. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes. Yield: 2 Dozen |
